📦 Shipping Rates — Canada
🛍 Regular Orders

  • Tracked Shipping Available (Signature required).

  • Free Shipping on orders over $236 CAD (before tax and shipping) within Canada.

🎴 TCG Singles (Flat Rate – Canada Only)

  • Bubble Mail (Up to 20 singles, no tracking or with tracking) – $TBD

  • Bubble Mail (Up to 35 singles, no tracking or with tracking) – $TBD

Some orders may be upgraded to Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost or another carrier service depending on size and value.

 

📦 Shipping Rates — USA
🛍 Regular Orders

  • Tracked Shipping Available (Signature required).

  • Free USA Shipping on orders over $248 USD (before tax and shipping) to the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington, D.C.
    (Excludes US territories, freely associated states, and APO/FPO military addresses).

Some orders may be upgraded to Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost or another carrier service depending on size and value.

⏱️ Processing & Shipping Times
  • We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been processed.

📦 Factory-Sealed Product Disclaimer

  • Due to the manner in which sealed products are shipped to us, some items may arrive with minor cosmetic imperfections, including but not limited to holes or tears in the shrink wrap, scratches, dents, creasing, scuffs, seam separations, or corner wear on the box. These imperfections are considered normal and do not qualify for refund, return, or compensation. We make no guarantee that the sealed product you receive will be free of cosmetic imperfections.

  • Brands may reprint items, which can result in different packs being included in tins or collection boxes compared to the images shown.

📦 Acrylic and Other Accessory Products Disclaimer

  • Due to the manner in which acrylic and other accessory products are shipped to us, some items may arrive with imperfections, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, fingerprints, paint transfer, dye transfer, loose threads, variance in UV resistance, or minor dents on the surface. These imperfections are considered normal and do not qualify for refund, return, or compensation. We inspect the products to ensure structural integrity. We do not guarantee that the products you receive will be free from cosmetic imperfections.
🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages
  • Hobby Moon is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. For added protection, we strongly recommend choosing Signature on Delivery.

  • For TCG singles over $50, we suggest using Expedited Tracked Shipping to ensure safe delivery.
🛠 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us at info@hobbymoon.ca with your order number.

  2. Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  3. If the shipping box is visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening it to assist with potential carrier claims (note: filing a claim does not guarantee carrier approval or reimbursement).

🚀 Pre-Orders
  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available.
🛡️ Fraud Prevention & Seller Protection

  • We may verify your name, phone number, and billing address with your payment provider.

  • We do not accept credit or debit cards issued outside of Canada or the United States.

  • Orders may require additional identity verification or Signature on Delivery.

  • High-value purchases may require Signature on Delivery.

  • First-time buyers making large purchases may require additional verification.
📦 General Shipping Policy

  • No returns or refused packages. Any packages refused or returned to sender at the customer’s request will incur the full shipping cost. If free shipping was initially provided, shipping fees for both delivery and return will be charged to you.

🌍  International Orders
  • Buyers outside Canada are fully responsible for import duties, brokerage fees, taxes, tariffs and customs fees. These are not included in your order total.
⚠️ Order Cancellations

  • Hobby Moon reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If your order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.
