Refund policy
📢 All sales are Final.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- We do not sell, license, or ship any products to consumers residing within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA). Any orders placed with EU/EEA billing or forward-shipping addresses will be automatically cancelled.
⏳ INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
- Upon receipt of your order, you are required to inspect its contents. In the event of incorrect items or missing components, you must notify Hobby Moon immediately.
⛔ RETURNED OR REFUSED PACKAGES
- No returns or refused packages. Any package refused or returned to sender at the customer’s request will incur full shipping costs. If free shipping was initially provided, shipping fees for both delivery and return will be charged to you.
🔄 EXCHANGES
- We do not offer exchanges.
❌ ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
📃 Misconduct & Foul Play
- We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for foul play, misconduct, violence, or any form of verbal or physical aggression. If any such behavior is observed, we reserve the right to cancel your order in full and further action may be taken at our discretion.
